Now they are available from github.com/10sr/emacs-lisp

* Use with-editor for my-construct-emacsclient-editor-command
* Some functions are moved into package 10sr-extras

with-eval-after-load is only available with Emacs24.4 and later, and Emacs on
travis system is 24.3.
